Mali leads S4C's public affairs work and its strategic partnerships. She ensures that S4C fosters and maintains relationships with its key stakeholders, and promotes better understanding of the organisation's objectives, needs and achievements.

Born and raised in Cardiff, Mali holds a degree in Law from the LSE, and a master's degree in Political Communication from JOMEC, Cardiff University. She first joined S4C in 2017.

She has been a member of S4C's Senior Leadership Team since January 2025.
