Cod in marmalade with salad
Ingredients
- 4 cod fish fillets
- 1 tbsp orange marmalade
- 50g butter
- 1 orange
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 4 fennel or 4 courgette
- 1 pack of dill
- a pinch of salt
- 1 lemon
- 2 red onions
Method
- Heat a little oil in a pan.
- Spread a bit of butter on one side of the cod and fry on the side of the butter next to golden.
- Flip over, add butter, marmalade + orange juice to the pan and roast at 180 ° c for about 3 minutes.
- Cut the fennel and onions. Mix with the dill, lemon juice and salt.
- Serve salad.
- Take out the fish to serve.
- Then finish by pouring over the marmalade sauce.
