Okonomiyaki
Ingredients
- white cabbage
- salt
- onion granules
- garlic granules
- 3 heaped tablespoons plain flour
- water
- 1 egg
For the toppings:
- smoked salmon
- fish flakes
- siracha
- Japanese mayonnaise
- spring onions
- avocado
Method
- Grate the white cabbage in a bowl with onion and garlic granules and salt.
- Add flour and water into a bowl until it makes a thick batter mix.
- Then add this to the cabbage with the egg.
- Cook like a pancake in a frying pan about 2 minutes each side.
- Place onto a chopping board or large plate and add the toppings.
