Mix up marie rose sauce and put in centre of large plate
Chop salmon into small chunks and place in metal mould ring
Add finely shredded lettuce dressed a little more sauce
Top with finely diced avocado and a squeeze of lemon juice and tiger prawns sliced in half
Roll out some brown bread thinly with a rolling pin and cut out your festive shapes – stocking, bell, Christmas tree and quickly toast (grill or toaster)
Top with pretty cress and chives and remove metal ring to reveal a beautiful starter. Serve with your festive toast
