Add in half the egg/vanilla mix and half the flour, baking powder and saltmix.
Mix well and then add the remining wet ingredients first, then the dry.
When combined, add the chocolate chips and pretzels.
Roll into a sausage using cling film wrap. Freeze until ready to bake.
When you're ready to cook, place direct from frozen on a greased baking tray and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 175°c and then the final 5 minutes for 200°c
