Ingredients

  • chicken stock (homemade or 2 x stock cubes)
  • pack of soup pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • grated parmesan
  • 2 x egg yolks

Method

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil with two stock cubes or boil homemade stock.
  2. Add pasta and boil for 8 minutes. Drain keeping 2 mugs of the stock.
  3. Add pasta back into pan with butter and some grated parmesan.
  4. When it has cooled slightly add the egg yolks and mix well.
