Caroline lives on a farm in Eglwyswrw (a small village near Crymych and Cardigan) with her husband, Huw, and their two sons, Aled and Marc. After staying at home for 5 years to raise the children, the mum completed a childcare course and now works full time in a nursery school.

Caroline started baking as a little girl: 'I learned everything I know from my mother'. She enjoys being part of Curo'r Corona'n Coginio (Beat Corona Cooking), a social media group where her cakes have received a lot of positive comments. She would like to learn more techniques and skills in the Academy, in particular decorating and how to be more adventurous in the kitchen: 'I enjoy trying new recipes and always aim to cook all kinds of nice meals for the family, but most of the things I make are traditional home food!'

Honest, caring and very active, Caroline enjoys playing netball, shopping, new food and restaurant experiences including eating snails ('I'll try ANYTHING!!') and being out on the farm with her family. A fan of horses, she enjoys watching Dallas, Yellowstone and Clarkson's Farm.

TRIVIA: 'I've touched a shark, completed a 'Muddy Run' and the 'Race For Life' with friends, met Mickey Mouse... and I regularly donate blood!'
