Slit the tops of the cheese before placing them back in the wooden boxes.
Add a drop of good white wine on top to make the cheese extra gooey and place them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C.
Fry up some good quality bacon, I used the bacon from the goose to make a next level sandwich with the cheese!
The ooze from this cheese is amazing. This is the most off the hook bacon sandwich I've ever had!
