Method

Make a batter with 2 table spoons of flour, 1 egg and some milk.
Separate the larger flower heads and dunk in the batter.
Fry in a saucepan of oil until they're golden brown.
Chop up some strawberries and place on a plate with some cream.
Top with the flowers in batter and some mint.
