1 Onion
A handful of nettle leaves
A handful of wild garlic leaves
Salt
Pepper
Chicken breasts

100ml of cold water
100ml of coconut milk
150g flour

1. Melt the butter in a pan.
2. Placed the chopped onion in the pan before adding the chopped nettle leaves and wild garlic leaves.
3. Cut the chicken breasts before adding some salt and pepper. Place some of the stuffing mixture inside before closing them up.
4. Place them in the pan to fry.
5. Whisk the egg in a bowl before adding 100ml of cold water.
6. Add 100ml of coconut milk before sieving 150g of flour to the mixture.
7. Add a drop or two of soy sauce
7. Rhowch ddafn neu ddau o saws soy i mewn i'r gymysgedd.
8. Rhowch digon o olew mewn padell lan cyn trochi pennau'r garlleg gwyllt yn y cytew tempura.
9. Rhowch y blodau garlleg yn yr olew unwaith iddo boethi.
10. Unwaith mae'r cyw iar yn barod, tynnwch oddi ar y gwres a'i weini gyda'r hynny sy'n weddill o'r stwffin, y blodau garlleg gwyllt wedi'w ffrio yn y cytew tempura ac ychydig o flodau amrwd.
