Cruse Bereavement Care is a service offering counselling, information and support to anyone who has been bereaved. It has ten groups in Wales and bereavement counselling, telephone and children's counselling are provided by carefully selected, trained volunteers. The MIx is a well established website and online community which covers many topics of interest from advice on drugs, alcohol and addiction to sexual health, help with unplanned pregnancy or if you parents are splitting up.
