Multi-platform Services Technical Manager

S4C are looking for a Multi-platform Services Manager to fulfil a key role by collaborating with S4C's digital teams and the sector to ensure that S4C's content is accurately delivered and published across all platforms.

In this role, you will support the Publishing department in the undertaking of your responsibilities. You will oversee, manage and create S4C's multi-platform workflows, ensuring that technical and practical support is given where necessary. You will be a vital point of contact for technical needs and delivery, and will act as a liaison between S4C, the sector's independent companies, and the BBC.

You will be part of a team that maximises resources in line with S4C's initiatives and priorities. When necessary, you will work flexible hours to manage multi-platform publishing, including live streams across S4C's digital platforms.

The ability to speak and communicate in Welsh is desirable for this role.

Further Details

Location: The usual location of your work will be S4C, Central Square, Cardiff. You are expected to travel to wherever S4C reasonably orders from time to time.

Salary: £46,000-£49,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Working Hours: 35.75 hours a week. Due to the nature of the position, flexibility is expected, including working outside office hours, some weekends and bank holidays.

Probation Period: 6 months

Holidays: In addition to the statutory bank holidays, you will be entitled to 26 days of paid holiday per year.

Pension: Paid staff are entitled to join a Group Personal Pension Scheme subject to the terms of any existing scheme which is amended from time to time. If you are a member of the Group Personal Pension Scheme, S4C will contribute 10% of your basic salary to the Scheme. You will be expected to contribute 5%.
