Farmers will be able to access the latest farming news packages when S4C’s farming bulletin, Bwletin Ffermio moves on-line to ffermio.tv from 1 May onwards.
The bulletin will be available to view free and on demand, any time of day or night, for up to 35 days in an exciting new development
The service will provide short packages on the latest issues affecting the agricultural industry.
S4C will also provide even more farming and countryside coverage in peak-viewing times, with S4C’s Ffermio series now staying on air until mid July before taking a summer break.
Ffermio, broadcast on Monday evenings at 8.25pm and presented by Iola Wyn, Daloni Metcalfe, Alun Elidyr and Mererid Wigley, takes a weekly look at all matters rural in Wales and beyond. S4C is also planning to extend Ffermio’s schedule over the next three years.

S4C’s Director of Commissioning, Rhian Gibson added, “S4C has succeeded in positioning itself as a main provider of rural programmes, and content within this area plays a prominent part in the schedule. The Ffermio series and the new on-line farming bulletin emphasises this commitment.
