S4C has announced that two companies have been offered contracts to produce content for the channel’s provision for young people.

The offer to Rondo Media Cyf and Antena Cyf is part of the third stage of S4C’s strategy for children and young people. The investment in the provision is worth more than £7 million over three years.

In addition, S4C is in negotiation with Cwmni Da Cyf regarding the development of one specific project.

The announcement is made following an open and competitive tender process.
