Have you got a special talent? Would you like to win £1,000 to pay for tuition for you talent?
S4C are looking for talented young people between 11 and 15 years old to compete in a brand new talent series called Sawl Seren Sy’ ‘Na? which will be on S4C in 2011.
As well as singers, actors and dancers, we are also searching for a variety of talents such as circus skills, whistling or telling jokes. Whatever the talent everyone is welcome to take part.
Auditions will be held all over Wales between mid November and mid December 2010. But all contestants must register first. Contact the Sawl Seren Sy’ ‘Na? team by email sawlseren@avantimedia.tv or call 01443 688530 for an application form. The closing date is Friday 10 December.
Although the contestants must be able to speak Welsh, learners are welcome to join in the fun. We want to give as many people the chance to shine on our stage as possible.
What sets Sawl Seren Sy' 'Na? apart is that the winner will be chosen by a panel of youngsters, who will give a mark of between 1 and 5 stars for each performance. The performance with the most stars wins. Could you be part of that performance?!
Following the auditions, a panel of experts will choose 64 performers to take part in the programme. The series will be filmed between the end of January and start of March 2011, and shown on S4C later in the year.
