S4C will welcome the New Year live from Winter Wonderland in Cardiff.
Presenting the live programme Blwyddyn Newydd Dda: Digwyddiadau 11 will be Mari Grug and Morgan Jones as they count down the final seconds before midnight at the fair in the capital.
At the other end of the country, Elin Fflur gives us a taste of the New Year celebrations in Nant Gwrtheyrn. From there we can enjoy live music by Dewi Pws and the band Radwm and Geraint Lovgreen a’r Enw Da. Dawnswyr Nantgarw will also entertain us from Cardiff.
Throughout the evening Morgan and Mari will introduce the Channel's programmes live from the site in Cardiff, with Mari also present the evening’s Weather bulletin.
Blwyddyn Newydd Dda: Digwyddiadau 11 closes an evening of entertainment which begins at 19:00 with Wedi 7: Nos Galan. With a smile and a tear, Angharad Mair and the Wedi 3 and Wedi 7 team presents highlights of the year on the magazine programmes.
To follow Noson Lawen presents entertainment in the company of an audience from Lampeter and Cyngerdd Clasuron Pop will be a feast of some of your favourite Welsh pop songs.
And to lead us up to the live programme from Winter Wonderland, some of the stars of the Welsh rugby team will join the crew of Jonathan. Guests will be Shane Williams, George North, Jonathan Davies, Rhys Priestland, Scott Williams, Lloyd Williams, Ryan Jones and Robin McBryde.
