Tim Hartley, S4C’s Head of Corporate Affairs, has decided to leave the Channel.
Tim was appointed in 2004 and over recent years has been primarily responsible for the Channel’s relations with politicians in Westminster and the National Assembly. He has also been the primary link between S4C and external bodies and stakeholders establishing good relations with a number of public bodies in Wales.
Ian Jones, S4C Chief Executive, said, “Tim has played a central role at S4C especially during the last few important years and has nurtured good relations with politicians and ministers. We wish him well as he looks forward to new career challenges and would like to thank him for his contribution to the future of the Channel.”
Following Tim’s decision to move on, the new Head of Partnerships will be responsible for S4C’s political liaison.
