S4C will broadcast Welsh-language extended highlights of Wales' five remaining EURO 2016 qualification matches as the national football team bids to reach the finals in France next year.
The highlights coverage kicks off with the crunch Wales v Belgium match on Friday 12 June at 10.30pm.
S4C’s EURO 2016: Cymru v Gwlad Belg coverage will have extended highlights of the match in the UEFA Group B match.
S4C will also broadcast extended highlights of the next four Group B qualification matches this autumn against Israel and Andorra home and Cyprus and Bosnia-Herzegovina away.
The football entertainment will start on Thursday 11 June, when S4C broadcast a special preview chat show, entitled Taro'r Bar: Euro 2016. Similar preview shows in the Taro'r Bar: Euro 2016 series will be broadcast before the other four UEFA qualifiers.
Both programmes will be produced by Rondo Media, who are behind the S4C sports shows Sgorio and Clwb.
The presentation team will include sports broadcaster Dylan Ebenezer and former Wales and Newcastle striker Malcolm Allen.
At present Wales are second in the group and with the first two teams qualifying automatically for next year’s finals, they have a genuine opportunity to qualify for their first international tournament since 1958.
