Football fans will flock to the capital on Friday afternoon, 8 July, to welcome home the Wales team after their historic UEFA Euro 2016 campaign.
And, if you can't make it to Cardiff to thank the team for their performances in the competition, you will be able to watch the grand parade live on S4C between 4.00pm and 5.30pm.
The team will be taken on an open-top-bus parade around Cardiff, starting at Cardiff Castle before ending up at the Cardiff City Stadium.
S4C's magazine show Heno will be broadcasting live from the stadium at 7.00pm, where a celebratory concert is to be held, with the Manic Street Preachers among the star performers.
The live programme Croesawu Tîm Pêl-droed Cymru will follow the parade route, with Rhodri Llewelyn presenting and input from other reporters including Catrin Heledd who will be on the bus with the players. The coverage is produced for S4C by BBC Wales.
S4C was the only broadcaster to show all of Wales' matches at UEFA Euro 2016 live.
Wales' successfully reached the semi-final round, with memorable wins against Slovakia, Russia, Northern Ireland and Belgium. Their run in the competition came to the end with a 2-0 defeat against Portugal on Wednesday night.
S4C Chief Executive, Ian Jones has written to the Football Association of Wales Chief Executive, Jonathan Ford, to congratulate the team on their performance during the campaign.
Ian Jones says; "The team's performances and uplifting attitude on and off the pitch has been a joy to watch. They have represented their country with pride and passion and have stood tall among all the nations of Europe.
"58 years since Wales last qualified for a major tournament, taking part in UEFA Euro 2016 was an event of historical importance for sport in Wales. You have surpassed all expectations and history was made when you proudly represented Wales in the semi-final against Portugal, and the final score has not dented the enormous pride in your achievements.
"The UEFA Euro 2016 tournament was of such importance for Wales, it was crucial that it was available to watch on TV in both of the nation's languages.
"It was a privilege for S4C that fans across the UK could watch all the Wales games live and in the Welsh language on the national channel."
