S4C's horrifying adventure series for Young people, Prosiect Z has won an RTS (Royal Television Society) award in the best children's programme category.
The game series Prosiect Z produced by Boom Cymru follows a group of school children as they complete task to escape from the school without the 'Zeds' – zombies who have a virus that can endanger the world!
The winners were announced in a special ceremony tonight (19th March) at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
Sioned Wyn Roberts, Children's Commissioner for S4C said: "We are delighted that Prosiect Z has won the best children's programme at the RTS awards. The production team have created a unique and innovative format and this nomination recognises their creativity and hard work. Congratulations to all the team."
Prosiect Z won a Children's BAFTA in 2018 and the series was also nominated for the Prix Jeunesse International and was shortlisted out of 400 entrants from around the world.
