S4C has today announced a post for a new Board Secretary.
With the channel having recently submitted a funding application to the UK Government's Department of Digital Technology, Culture, Media and Sport as well as launching a new strategy for the next five years, this is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting development in S4C's history.
This key post acts as a link between the S4C Unitary Board and the Management Team, and the main point of contact for the UK Government's DCMS Department.
The S4C Unitary Board is responsible for providing S4C's services, is accountable for the expenditure of public funds, for appointing the Chief Executive and Secretary, and for ensuring effective arrangements for obtaining viewers' comments.
