FFIT Cymru's leaders have achieved a dramatic improvement in their health, achieving a weight loss of over nine stone during the course of the series.
Over the last seven weeks, the five leaders have followed bespoke food and fitness plans, with support from the three series experts, dietician Sioned Quirke, personal trainer Rae Carpenter and psychologist Dr Ioan Rees.
As the series reached its conclusion this week, results from medical tests have shown a significant improvement, while all five also showed a big weight loss during the series finale.
Father-of-three Dylan Humphreys, from Rhosgadfan, who runs his own digger company, has lost a total of two stone and eight pounds in seven weeks.
In addition, his body fat level has dropped from 33 per cent to 25 per cent, and his blood pressure is now at a normal level, from being at a very high level before the start of the series.
Dylan said: "It means the world to me. It was a shock to hear those results at the start of the series and I was able to do something about it, with the help of the experts.
I'm so proud to be standing here today with so much confidence. It's a really good feeling."
Leah Owen-Griffiths, a mother-of-two from Taff's Well, has improved her fitness age by around 20 years during the series.
She also lost a stone and eight pounds, and saw a big drop in her cholesterol levels, from 180 to 121.
Leah, who is a teacher at Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Llwyncelyn, in Porth, Rhondda, said: "FFIT Cymru has given me two things – roots and wings, and now I am ready to fly.
"I feel so confident in myself now and that shows on the outside too."
Lois Morgan-Pritchard, from Y Ffôr, is a mother of two young boys and runs a beauty business.
During the series, she lost a stone and five pounds, and reduced her fitness age from 50 years old, to between 20-29 years – younger than her actual age of 33!
Lois said: "I don't think I ever could have walked down this red carpet with my head held high before now. Thanks to everyone who is part of this programme.
"I'm looking forward to the new adventure in my life now. What will stay with me is the four very special friends I have made, and we will be friends for life."
Dr Bronwen Price, from Bethel, says the whole experience has made her a much happier and more confident person.
The doctor has improved her fitness age from 40 down to 20-29 years old, while losing a stone and six pounds in the process.
"I just feel incredible! I am so much more confident and I am proud of myself.
"I have just carried on and this is where I am now – someone who's ten times happier and ten times more confident, with new friends for life. It's just brilliant!"
Seven weeks since the start of his FFIT Cymru journey, Siôn Huw Davies from Prestatyn has reduced his blood pressure from very high to a normal level.
Siôn, a father of three young children and head of Welsh at Ysgol Uwchradd Gatholig Sant Richard Gwyn, in Flint, also managed to lose two stone, two pounds, during the series.
"For the first time in a long time, I'm enjoying being Siôn Huw!" he said.
"Every time I look in the mirror, I see a bit more of my father coming back, and that is very special to me."
