For the first time ever, the episodes of the new series LEGO® DREAMZzz will be available to watch in Welsh on S4C.
The story follows school friends Mateo, Izzie, Cooper, Logan, and Zoey as they journey into the Dream World to defeat the Nightmare King.
This adventurous new theme from the LEGO® Group is inspired by the way children dream, after research showed that two thirds of children around the world say that dreaming helps them to be more creative.
The first of ten LEGO® DREAMZzz episodes will be released worldwide on May 15, including on S4C. And the episodes that follow will be on S4C Stwnsh on Monday afternoons at 5.35pm.
Sioned Geraint, S4C's Children and Education Commissioner, said:
"I am extremely excited that S4C is able to broadcast the brand-new LEGO® series through the medium of Welsh and to be a part of the series' worldwide launch on May 15th.
"This is the first time we've ever been part of a scheme like this, and I'm delighted that our young viewers will be able to get excited by seeing the new LEGO® characters on the same day as other fans across the world."
Barry 'Archie' Jones, Producer/Director of the series with Cwmni Da, said:
"It has been a privilege for Cwmni Da to bring such an iconic brand as LEGO® to life in the Welsh language and I hope the children of Wales will have as much enjoyment from watching the adventures of Matteo, Izzie and the rest as we had creating them."
Come and join the Dream World, and a world full of wonders, as well as nightmares, and follow the crew as they explore this new world.
