Content Operations
Siwan Phillips is the Head of Content Operations ac responsible for discussing budgets and production elements with production companies, as well as working closely with the Delivery, Presentation, Publishing, Archive and Access Services.

Continuity, Publication and Presentation
Anwen Thomas is S4C's Publication and Presentation Leader and responsible for the transmission schedule and the overview of the linear transmission that the BBC run on behalf of S4C.
The Announcers are responsible for watching our programmes, scripting and announcing live on the linear platform.
The Media Planner is responsible for scheduling trails and marketing messages within the transmission schedule.
The team are also the main point of contact for delivery of sponsorship content and presentation items and – e.g. commemorative items and delivery of adverts. They are also responsible for content warning messages that are in the PAC 405 and the S4C Support service.

Content Delivery and Archive
The Content Delivery and Archive team are responsible for ensuring that our content is delivered on time and complies with our technical specification. They are primarily responsible for ensuring delivery of our linear services, Clic and BBC iPlayer (e.g. Boxsets etc)
The team work closely with numerous other teams at BBC Central Square, as well as the Access Services, Presentation, Publication and Planning teams at S4C.
The department also are the point of contact for any S4C archive enquiries from external companies.

Access Services
Meleri Wyn Flint is the Access Services Lead at S4C and is responsible for our Welsh and English subtitling, audio description and on-screen signing services.
S4C choose which services are available on each production and are responsible for organising master copies for the companies that supply our services.
