S4C has published its 2017/18 Welsh Language Standards Annual Report

S4C has again teamed up with the Wales shirt sponsor, Isuzu, for this year's Autumn International Under Armour Series. The Japanese manufacturer of the Isuzu D-Max – dubbed the pick-up professional - will sponsor the broadcaster's rugby series, Clwb Rygbi Rhyngwladol for the November games.

Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Jeremy Wright QC, MP and UK Government Minister for Wales Lord Bourne will officially open S4C's new headquarters in Carmarthen today, Thursday, 8 November 2018 at 11.30 a.m.
Both ministers will be given a tour of the new, state of the art centre Yr Egin.
Highly successful S4C drama Un Bore Mercher (Keeping Faith) has been nominated in the Best Non-English Drama category of the C21 International Drama Awards.
Filmed in west Wales, the series was originally developed by S4C as Un Bore Mercher.The series was shown on network television across the UK this summer - the first time a BBC Wales/S4C joint TV drama production has gone out on BBC One.
S4C's adventure series for young people, Prosiect Z, has won a BAFTA Children's Awards 2018. The British Academy Children's Awards ceremony, which recognises the very best in children's media, was held in London last night Sunday 25 November.
S4C has today announced a competition to celebrate reaching 50,000 followers on Facebook. S4C runs the largest Welsh Facebook page with the highest following.

S4C are pleased to announce that the new News and Current Affairs Commissioner is Geraint Evans. Geraint is at present Editor of Welsh Language Programmes at ITV Wales, and responsible for programmes such as Y Byd yn ei le, Y Byd ar Bedwar, Ein Byd and Cefn Gwlad.
