Mae S4C yn tendro am gytundebau fframwaith ar gyfer gwasanaethau cyfieithu ar gyfer llythyrau, dogfennau, adroddiadau, deunyddiau marchnata, canllawiau a pholisïau, yr Adroddiad Blynyddol a'r Cyfrifon a chyfieithu ar y pryd. O bryd i'w gilydd bydd angen hefyd cyfieithu rhai dogfennau cyfreithiol. Bydd angen cyfieithu o'r Gymraeg i'r Saesneg ac hefyd o'r Saesneg i'r Gymraeg. Mae manylion pellach yn y gwahoddiad i dendr a'r cytundeb fframwaith atodol.

QuestionsQ: Is membership of the Association of Welsh translators and interpreters a desirable or an essential criterion?A: Membership of the Association of Welsh translators and interpreters (or similar association) is a desirable but not essential criterion whilst considering the applicant's experience and qualifications. We shall also consider:Experience and qualifications of the applicant and of any named key personnel;Names of other clients and range of work carried out for them;The ability to undertake the work at short notice.
Tender for Provision of Translation Services:
Following an open tender process, S4C has appointed Cymen Cyf, Prysg Cyf, Trosol Cyf, Ewrolingo Cyf and Nerys Hurford Cyf on framework agreements to provide translation services to S4C for the next two years.
