Capital Law has won in open competition S4C's tender to provide a policy and employment service framework for the independent sector.

The two-year contract will ensure that independent production companies get support so as to conform with S4C's policy and rights requirements, and ensure fair and reasonable work conditions for the sector as a whole.

Elin Pinnell, a Partner with Capital Law who heads up the firm's employment team said, "Capital Law fully supports S4C's aim of providing a fair working environment for employees of the independent production sector and we look forward to working on this new contract." Siôn Clwyd Roberts will join Capital Law from ITV Wales and will work on the contract with Elin and Iestyn Morris.
